Rucola, parmezan, prosciutto

Sarmalele, carnatii si carnea de porc ne-au cam ajuns, asa ca am decis sa o luam mai usor. Am aranjat pentru asta seara o salata usoara.

Rucola, ulei de masline, suc de lamaie, parmezan, prosciutto, busuioc.

Le-am spalat, le-am taiat marunt, le-am amestecat, parmezanul l-am pus si felii mai mari am si ras bucatele peste salata, am stors o lamaie intreaga, am adaugat ulei de masline presat la rece direct de la galantino.

E o salata perfecta.
